Chief Chick Comments

One of the most violent movies ever, but very, very gripping as Michael Corleone, the son returned from WW II, struggles with trying to detach himself from his father's Mafia empire, but eventually is drawn in. His brother, played by James Caan, is violent and careless. The advisor to his father and then Michael is played by Robert Duvall in one of his first big roles. I had read the book when I first saw the movie, but even so it is shocking. Never-the-less, this movie is among Americans top movie favorites of all time.
