I laughed louder than anyone in the theater! A small Canadian harbor town is dying as the fishing business has died off. They have a chance at a recycling plant but in order to qualify, they must have a doctor. After a young plastic surgeon is caught coming into the country with cocaine by the harbor's mayor who has moved to "town", he convinces the young doc that a month in the harbor town is preferable to jail. The town realizes they must keep him there and concoct an elaborate scheme to make the young man feel at home. Hilarious!
