Freedom of Speech

It is rare that I would feature a fairly bad movie as my post. However, the importance of Freedom of Speech to the American people has clearly been demonstrated. Many of you will not like the movie but will see it at one of the few theaters showing it or by streaming it online to give evidence to the reverence with which we hold this right. Yes Freedom of Speech even applies to mediocre or bad films with lots of distasteful humor and a stupid story. Sony, no doubt will make much more money from this movie than they ever hoped because of the alleged hacking of Sony by North Korea or its friends and their threats to harm those who showed the movie. Their racist tirade against our President today probably only increases the liklihood that Americans will see the movie.
