You cannot help but feel impowered in this futuristic movie based on the book series. Katniss Everdeen volunteers to replace her 12 year old sister is the Hunger Games which is a fight to the death among the districts. Katniss is from the poorest and most downtrodden district and seemingly is doomed to fail. Her expertise at Archery may make the difference. Don't worry, you are set up for the sequel. A bit long but still good.

The Hunger Games is a wonderful movie; just finished watching it last night. Spoiler Alert: The romance seemed to come out of nowhere, but their devotion to each other was moving. And it brought down the high and mighty! Ah, the power of love.
