Charming Reese Witherspoon vehicle. as Alice hits her 40th birthday, everything is about to change. With her two young daughters at Grandma's house (Candice Bergen), Alice and friends end up picking up 3 young men from New York who are in LA to launch their movie careers...or so they hope. I want the house that Alice lives in, supposedly. It was left to her by her father who was an Academy Award director. Anyway, one of the young men falls for Reese with some of the predictable problems, However, the movie was different from what I expected, and I found the characters interesting and enjoyable which does not happen that often. Enjoyed the 97 minutes!
