Famous and strange movie about two sisters, Baby Jane Hudson and Blanche Hudson, who live together and are retired. Baby Jane was a child star while Blanche became a big star as an adult until she was injured in a car accident and became wheelchair bound. Jane is an alcoholic and clearly deranged as she torments her sister and goes off the rails. Davis was nominated for best actress and apparently, the on-set rivalry between the two stars-Davis and Crawford was not particularly pleasant. The result is one wierd yet entertaining movie. It is hard to believe that both these women were in their 50's when they made this movie. Davis's make up made her look especially ancient.
