What a melodrama! This movie does not show off anyone's acting prowess. Crawford is Jenny Stewart, a hardened Broadway star, who finds she has to cope with a blind pianist who never-the-less interests her. Crawford, still good looking at 48 plays opposite Elizabeth Taylor's second husband, Michael Wilding. He plays Tye Graham who was blinded in World War II but remembers seeing Jenny on stage before the war. Really unbelievable emotions and over-the-top acting.
