Chief Chick Comments

The new Paul Haggis movie, Third Person, wtih Liam Neeson and a cast of others is in selected theaters. Our guest reviewer says that she disliked almost every minute of the film. It seemed like an eternity before it was over. I could find nothing redeeming about Liam Neeson's character nor that of his girlfriend. I literally couldn't stand even seeing her on the screen she was such a shrew. The only part of the movie that was tolerable was the segment about Adrian Brody and the gypsy woman and the child which may or may not have been hers.. At the end when they were driving in the car it looked as if there might be a child in the backseat but by that time I was hoping it would end soon. Too many dead children, too much guilt, too much sick stuff (girl having sex with her father, Daniel) and too much meaness. Not a single chick could I award to this one. Maybe half a chick for the beautiful hotel room in Paris. Kim Basinger was however, still beautiful.
