This movie opens October 17, 2014 in some markets and October 24 in all markets in the US. I think you will like it. It is kind of Bill Murray playing Bill Murray but the story is more interesting than you would expect. Nothing overly dramatic…just a good flick. Bill plays a curmudgeonly guy in Brooklyn who has lots of bad habits and is hard up for money when he agrees to "babysit" his new neighbor's son named Oliver after school. Trips to bars and racetracks follow as well as a trip to a nursing home where Murray dons a doctor's coat. I think you will enjoy it!

Besides Bill Murray main character, the other characters are first rate. I love Chris Dowd (he plays Trooper who dates Kristen in Bridesmaids) is charming as the priest. Melissa McCarthy is surprisingly "normal" as the single mom and perfect for the part. Naomi Watts was also wonderful as Murray's girlfriend/hooker. And the actor that played Oliver will be seen in many more movies. Well worth the ticket.
