Chief Chick Comments

Narrated by Peter Coyote and produced and directed by Ken Burns, this is a fascinating series about the 100 years of the Roosevelts. Theodore was the 26th President of the United States and his fifth cousin, Franklin, was the 32nd President. Franklin's wife, Eleanor, was the niece of Theodore as she was the daughter of his brother Elliott. We see and hear real footage and the voices of all three. In addition, Meryl Streep as Eleanor, Paul Giamatti as Theodore, and Edward Herrmann as FDR read from their letters and sound very much like the originals. You will love this series.
