Wonderful and inventive retelling of "Sleeping Beauty" which begins with a young Maleficent who lives happily in the Moors and one day meets a human boy, Stefan, from the neighboring kingdom. Their friendship grows but he becomes ambitious for success and power in the kingdom. This story tells more about the story of Maleficent and her tribulations. As Aurora grows, she must protect the child so that the curse to be carried out on the child's 16th birthday can come true. I love, love, love the retelling and re-imagining of this story from Disney. The new version of the famous song from the Animated Film "I Know You"/ "Once Upon A Dream" is hauntingly beautiful. Great for the whole family!
