Chief Chick Comments
This depressing movie shows the violent underside of London as Mitchel tries to avoid working for the local violent mob boss. His friend, Billy, meets him at the prison and takes him to a very nice townhouse. Soon, Mitch who is a basically nice but violent guy is offered a job to work for a reclusive movie star, Charlotte, played by Keira Knightley. Mitch is very, very tough and makes those pay who have hurt his friends. Charlotte comes to rely on him as does her drug addicted majordomo who is a former actor. Everyone seems damaged including Mitch's druggie sister who starts to date a doctor that has befriended Mitch. The ending was a surprise although in some ways predictable. Colin Farrell does look fabulous in a suit!
