Chief Chick Comments

Wonderful music and the charming Jimmy Stewart as Glenn Miller and June Allyson as his wife, Helen. The story is touching, the music grand, and the sadness real when Miller's plane is lost over the English Channel. My mother loved Glenn Miller's music and I have inherited her Gold Glenn Miller Albums. You should love hearing "In the Mood", "Moonlight Serenade", "String of Pearls", "Pennsylvania 6-5000", and "Chatanooga Choo Choo". We see Louis Armstrong play himself and Frances Langford as well. Won an Oscar for Best Sound!
